Dr. Ndiouma Ndour is analyzing and comparing micro finance institutions (MFI) in the African context with other international financial cooperatives. Dr. Ndour is an assistant professor and researcher at the Université Assane Seck Ziguinchor in Senegal. He obtained a Ph.D. from Université de Perpignan in France and his thesis focused on a comparative analysis of the performance of commercial banks and micro finance institutions in Senegal.
