Through its field of activities Transfer, the Institute seeks to transfer and disseminate knowledge about the management of cooperatives. In this context, the Institute collaborates with individuals, companies and cooperative organizations while creating a hub for exchanges and partnerships.
To achieve these objectives, the Institute relies on training and development projects that focus on cooperatives management with a practical approach, including:
- Studies that document the issues of management practices within cooperatives;
- Executive training for cooperatives’ senior managers, executives and board of directors members;
- The Cooperatives Innovation Circle (CIC), a group of innovation leaders from cooperatives and mutuals whose objective is to discuss new challenges and to find appropriate solutions;
- Str@tégiCA, a strategic management simulation for financial services cooperatives.
