On November 22, the third edition of the Multidisciplinary Case Competition on Cooperatives was held by the Guy Bernier Chair of Cooperation at Lac Delage, near Quebec City. This college and university-level academic competition was held as part of the COOPSCO Congress. Marie-Josée Lapointe was invited to be part of the jury, which included professionals and academics working in the cooperative world. The teams presented their case to two panels of three judges, one for the undergraduate teams, and the other for the CÉGEP and graduate students. A coop case (a management problem in a cooperative) was presented to teams who then had three hours to diagnose the problem, develop a solution and present it. Each presentation was judged on the argument, form and PowerPoint presentation made to the jury.
