The Institute welcomes Ms. Thuy Seran who will be present at HEC Montréal for three weeks. After studying at HEC Paris and working as an auditor for six years at Ernst & Young, Ms. Seran is currently Lecturer at the University of Montpellier and head of the higher university degree in Accounting and Management. Since 2009, she has conducted qualitative studies on governance and management control systems of the cooperative banking network in France as hybrid meta-organizations. During her visit, she will present her research during a seminar.
